I’ve done a little bit of updating to the site recently but still have a far way to go before it’s fully operational again..

Some of the noticeable updates and improvements to the site include the following:

-About half of the media and content is back online and operational; This includes videos, music and images.
-All embedded videos now display at 480p resolution by default (720px x 480x).
-Shadowboxes will display videos in 720p/1080p definition if available (and will scale to fit smaller resolutions)
-Shadowboxes will display any images at their full size but scale down to fit smaller resolutions.
-The mobile version of the site now pulls related thumbnails per post on the index page.
-Minor fixes to the theme when viewing full version on an iPad/iPhone.
-Behind-the-scenes coding fixes and add-ons like automatic thumbnail grabbing for Vimeo and Youtube links.
-Thinking of switching comment system from Discuss to something else (suggestions?)

Give me another year or so and the damn thing just might get finished by then…

Server Migration Completed

We have recently migrated to a newer, faster and more reliable server.

Note that this is actually the *second* server migration we have completed this week, as our first choice didn’t quite live up to our expectations.

All of the content should now be back online and accessible, except for any previous entries and media that we have yet completed to transition to the new layout (which began a few months ago).

We appreciate your patience during the remaining phase of this transition and anticipate to have everything up again over the next few months.
